Jennifer Lahoda is the President of Pacific Resource Recovery (PRR), a third-generation family owned & operated environmental services company that specializes in converting industrial waste into alternative fuel, diverting it from being sent to landfills. PRR was recently named one of the top 100 places to work in Los Angeles by the LA Business Journal, a ranking based on anonymous employee feedback. Jennifer is passionate about creating collaborative models of leadership that are employee-centered and is focused on building upon her family’s legacy of investing in social and environmental justice through service to PRR’s home community of Boyle Heights.

Tracy Holland

Managing partner of Global Synergy Systems, as well as a managing member of Roussin Capital Group, Nadya Roussin has a diversified and extensive background in wholesale lending, real estate investing and sales. In addition, she is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. Over the last 22 years, she has been directly involved in mortgage banking. Currently, she is involved with REO’s, short sales, investment properties, joint ventures and small lot developments creating housing. She is a master negotiator and has been able to place investors into creative investments opportunities that return double to triple average market returns

Nadya Roussin

From real estate to law, Safora Nowrouzi earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in beautiful San Diego and is an active real estate broker in the state of California.
Safora has helped and continues to help California homeowners save their home by avoiding foreclosure (foreclosure defense). She obtained a Masters in Commercial Real Estate with an emphasis on Development at Georgetown University so that she can better assist investors and developers maneuver the intricacies, laws, and strategies of commercial real estate transactions. Safora currently serves as outside general counsel for various development firms across Los Angeles.
